Try Quill free for 30 days before you buy, so you can be sure first. If you buy and it turns out not to be for you, ask within 14 days and we refund you — no questions asked. Here is how.
How to request a refund
Within 14 days of your purchase, request your refund one of two ways:
• Reply to your Paddle receipt, or contact Paddle support — Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your order and processes the refund directly; or
• Write to us through the contact page and we will start it for you.
The refund goes back to your original payment method. Once it is processed, your Quill license for that purchase ends, and you should uninstall the app.
A couple of honest notes
The 30-day free trial is your chance to be sure before you buy — 30 days of actual use, no account and no credit card. The 14-day refund is the backstop after purchase: if you buy and change your mind, ask within 14 days and we refund you.
Because Quill is software you download and run on your own computer, there is no service to cancel and nothing that keeps billing you — a purchase is a one-time payment for a perpetual license, not a subscription.
